After serving in the Air Force and working as a Realtor®, BJ McCutcheon started with MGIC as an underwriter in 1972. His career path took him on to serve as Vice President and Division Underwriting Manager, as Regional Underwriting Manager and finally as Regional Operations Manager of the Southwest Region. He retired from MGIC in 2001, but continues to share his knowledge and experience as a trainer.
BJ is an alum of Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. His professional memberships include the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and the Mortgage Bankers Association. BJ loves art, the theater and high school football and spends a lot of time with his family riding horses, eating out and travelling.
