BJ has been teaching Self-Employed Analysis to state and local Mortgage Banking organizations for over 30 years. During his tenure with MGIC, BJ has taught classes in New Mexico, Arizona, Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Michigan, Missouri, Louisiana, Florida, Nevada, Texas, and Colorado and now through the "magic" of the Internet, he will be able to reach out to every State in the Union including Hawaii.
