Overview

This program combines the most powerful elements of MGIC’s basic sales training programs: Pre-call Planning, A.C.T., S.E.L.L. and Socratic Selling. After this intensive, half-day workshop, you’ll walk away with a broad understanding of the entire sales process and how each model and skill set interrelates throughout the sales dynamic.

You’ll learn how to:

  • be more proactive and in control of potential call outcomes;
  • engage customers in a dialog focused on what’s important to the customer;
  • explore customer needs;
  • close a call with customer commitment; and
  • handle customer objections.
