To help you better understand your market, we continually research and analyze the real estate and employment markets of metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs). Then we take that information and publish our Market Trend Analysis on a quarterly basis.

Use it to help develop new loan instruments that are both affordable for borrowers and prudent for you as a lender.

Red text indicates a change since last quarter.

All MSAs are updated each quarter. Red text for an individual MSA indicates a change in that market's Housing Market Condition.
