- Learn to find your way around the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report.
- Appreciate the relevance of the Subject, Site, Neighborhood and Improvements sections, etc. of the URAR.
- Identify red flags on an appraisal form that could alter an underwriting decision.
- Accurately evaluate the Site Value and the Cost and Sales Comparison, as well as the appraiser's comments and notes.
