Important Announcement about Your E-mail Address

Oops. You've accidentally locked yourself out of eMagic and that means it's time for a call to customer service. But not for long! After mid-December, by answering a few security questions, you can quickly and easily reset your password online! The only thing you need to do at this point is make sure your e-mail address is your own. If you're sharing an e-mail address with another user, you might not have access to the address listed in your profile; meaning, you wouldn't have access to updates to your login ID and password being e-mailed or the ability to reset your login credentials online. To avoid this, you need to update your e-mail address to make sure it's unique.

To do this:

  1. Log into eMagic and access the My Profile screen.
  2. Update your e-mail address.

Never wait for an Administrator or customer service call again.
