Contract Services

We offer a variety of contract services on behalf of our investor partners. Whether your relationship with an investor is as a broker or correspondent, check our Overview of Investor Services, including some investor-specific loan package requirements.

With MGIC’s Contract Underwriting Service:

• You can have your files simultaneously underwritten for MGIC MI and to your investors' guidelines.
• You can submit paperless files and check their status through the Loan Center.
• You can fax files, submitting them with our Contract Services Request form (.pdf).
• We can help you with your DU/LP Service.
