The Loan Center is the safest, fastest method to submit full-file loans to MGIC.
It’s as convenient as e-mail; but unlike e-mail, it protects borrower information with Secure Socket Layer encryption, the industry’s highest standard.
It’s as protective as Secure File Transfer delivery; but unlike SFT, it requires only one entry point for loan submission and loan-file management.
Deliver paperless, digital loan files…
Submit a paperless loan file saved as a digital image, such as .pdf or .tiff files through the Loan Center. If you are able to e-mail files, making the switch to The Loan Center is an easy transition. Just browse and upload files.
The Loan Center also gives you the capability to identify the type of full-file loan you are submitting.
Manage your loan files
NEW! With a click of the Loan Details button, you can use The Loan Center to:
- check loan status;
- view NOLAs, Suspense Letters, 1008s, Denial Letters and any other documents created by MGIC;
- check the status of, extend or cancel a Commitment/Certificate;
- view/print images of loan documents sent to MGIC; and
- certify a Monthly Premium/ZOMP! loan.
