To become a part of the MGIC REV Network of Broker/Agents:

• Print and complete the Real Estate Professional Profile (pdf)
• Fax it to: 800-851-4181.
• The MGIC REV Property Specialist responsible for your market area will contact you.

Please be aware that MGIC's Real Estate Division has received an influx of requests to have Agents set-up to be part of our Nationwide network. If you do not hear from an MGIC Valuation Team Representative to coordinate future use of your services within the next 2 to 4 weeks of your profile submission, it is likely the result of MGIC already having adequate coverage in your specific market region to satisfy the demand of the volume that we are currently experiencing. If this is the case, our Valuation Team will retain your profile information on hand and contact you in the future should we receive additional overflow volume in your market area as future needs arise.
