Activate MGIC mortgage insurance coverage on monthly premium plans any of the following ways:
- online, via MGIC/Link Servicing: Login or learn more (.pdf)
- Electronically, via industry-standard formats such as X12 or XML. Contact ecommerce_services@mgic.com.
- by sending an e-mail or Excel file to policy_info@mgic.com
- by faxing the executed Commitment/Certificate to
1-800-711-6442 - by mailing the executed Commitment/Certificate to
MGIC, P.O. Box 566, Milwaukee, WI 53201
