Cancel MGIC mortgage insurance coverage any of the following ways:

• online, via MGIC/Link Servicing: Login or learn more (.pdf)
• electronically, via industry-standard formats such as X12 or XML. Contact ecommerce_services@mgic.com.
• by sending an e-mail or Excel file to cancel_requests@mgic.com
• by faxing a Request for Cancellation of Insurance form to 1-888-818-0241
• by mailing a Request for Cancellation of Insurance form to MGIC, P.O. Box 566, Milwaukee, WI 53201
