Transfer Servicing

When servicing rights for loans are sold, assigned or transferred, you can notify MGIC any of the following ways:

• online, via MGIC/Link Servicing: Login or learn more (.pdf)
• electronically, via industry-standard formats such as X12 or XML. Contact ecommerce_services@mgic.com.
• by sending an e-mail or Excel file to policy_info@mgic.com
• by faxing a Notice of Change of Servicer (.pdf) form to
  1-800-711-6442
• by mailing a Notice of Change of Servicer (.pdf) form to
  MGIC, P.O. Box 566, Milwaukee, WI 53201
