Our Mortgage Banking Support Services team acts as your private-label outsource agent, providing correspondent delivery services including:

• Post closing / pre-purchase file reviews confirming loans are ready for purchase.
• Verification of loan file data to loan registration records, program guidelines, and investor delivery requirements.
• A Client Relations Help Desk (CRD): We answer phones in the lender's name and provide support to the lender's correspondent network regarding underwriting policies and investor guidelines.
• Coordination with lender's correspondents to resolve file and/or document defects, and we facilitate the acquisition of missing items or documentation.
• Follow up for, review for accuracy, and ship final documents to the appropriate servicer.
• A data interface providing pipeline and registration data for secondary management.
• A data interface providing loan level, audited data for loan boarding.
