Underwriting support specialists
The underwriting support specialist role is an integral part of our client's Underwriting Support Call Center team. In this on-call position (see benefits below), the underwriting support specialist will be working with one of our key client's call centers and be responsible for receiving inbound calls and emails from wholesale and correspondent lenders. Acting on behalf of MGIC, the underwriting support specialist will interact with mutual customers and provide answers to underwriting scenarios, loan statuses, and work with the underwriting team to resolve underwriting issues. On-call underwriting support specialists work on-site at a customer location or in an MGIC field office.
