Premium payment address change
We're transitioning to a US Bank lockbox for deposit of premium payments via check. As of April 1, 2021, please send your MGIC premium payment checks to either of the following addresses:

Please note: This address change does not affect where customers should mail non-premium-related checks, such as contract underwriting payments.
What does this mean for you?
This address change will impact payments you send us for the following:
- MGIC Commitment/Certificate activation
- Monthly premium bills
- Any premium-related payments (additional premium, reinstatements, premium due after cancellations, etc.)
What if you send your check to the old address by accident?
We'll forward any premium payments we receive at PO Box 566 or MGIC's corporate address after April 1, 2021, to US Bank. This will delay your application of premium and Commitment/Certificate activation.
