James (Jim) Peronto is a Training Manager in Client Education Services within the Single-Family Strategic Delivery, Data, Operations and Technology division. He manages a team that facilitates live courses focused on Single-Family origination topics. In addition, he creates training materials for eLearning and webinars.
Jim has been in the mortgage industry since 2000 and has held several positions. Jim joined Freddie Mac in 2010. He uses his real-life experiences from underwriting conventional, subprime, and FHA mortgages while facilitating his live training sessions.
