• If you are a non-depository institution (e.g., mortgage banker), are not an Agency Seller/Servicer, and are applying for a Delegated Master Policy, please submit the following documents in addition to those listed above:
  • Appraiser approval and monitoring process
  • Pre- and post-closing QC processes and procedures, including fraud prevention controls
