Patti is a marketing program management senior in Client Education Services within the Single-Family Seller Engagement department at Freddie Mac. She provides specialized external training to Freddie Mac Seller/Services, internal training, and creates and presents training materials during live webinar events.
Patti joined Freddie Mac in 2005 and has held various roles within the client education, quality control and quality assurance departments.
Over the past 30 years in the mortgage industry, she held an array of customer-facing roles within the mortgage banking industry's underwriting, processing and origination areas prior to joining Freddie Mac.
Susan Thoma, Learning Solutions Designer & National Trainer, Freddie Mac
Susan is a seasoned mortgage industry professional with over 35 years of experience in the housing and mortgage industry. As Freddie Mac's national trainer and learning solutions designer, she leads the Specialized Training Services team, devising and implementing innovative training solutions for various national trade associations and Freddie Mac Sellers. Susan leverages her extensive expertise to deliver invaluable training that empowers mortgage professionals and elevates organizational performance. Her core areas of expertise encompass mortgage industry training and development, Loan Product Advisor® and Freddie Mac technology tools – bringing origination life cycle solutions, product offering education, strategic training deployment and customer engagement and support.
Prior to Freddie Mac, Susan worked in community mortgage lending, holding various positions that ranged from loan origination to closing. Through these roles, she developed a strong foundational knowledge and practical skills that continue to inform her training strategy and design.
