The new Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 is more than a routine update – it’s a complete redesign of the legacy appraisal forms! This workshop is designed to prepare lending professionals for the enhanced Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR). Ensure lending teams are equipped to accurately review and confidently rely on appraisals under UAD 3.6, in addition to supporting efficient loan decisions and consistent risk management during and after the transition.
