Building Services

This team’s mission is to keep MGIC’s downtown Milwaukee campus running smoothly and efficiently so co-workers can have a productive, energized and safe experience when they’re in the office.

Data & Analytics

Our Data & Analytics teams bring data science, mathematics and computer science disciplines together, all in support of harnessing data to provide the company with the insights needed to make the right business decisions.

Finance

The Finance team delivers timely and accurate financial reporting and provides proper oversight of all expenditures and revenue collections to successfully support the operations of MGIC.

Human Resources

The Human Resources team supports our business, our employees and our culture. Its 2 key priorities are to help enable organizational effectiveness and to enhance the employee experience.

Information Services

The IS team partners with the company’s business leaders to develop and leverage the technology solutions we need to reach our business goals and remain focused on our operating priorities.

Legal

Legal provides legal advice and counsel to MGIC's business units, ensures that MGIC conducts its business activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and represents MGIC in legal proceedings involving the company.

Operations

From supporting our customers in the early stages of the loan lifecycle to meeting our commitment when an insurance claim is filed – and everything in between – our Operations teams keep our business moving forward.

Risk Management

Risk Management is responsible for governance and oversight of credit risk and the quality of MGIC’s mortgage insurance portfolio. The team maintains mortgage insurance behavior models, produces loss forecasts and provides insights to help inform strategic business decisions.

Sales & Marketing

The Sales & Marketing organization is the face and voice of MGIC for many of our customers. As trusted advisors, the team provides customers with forward-thinking solutions to help fuel their growth and deepen our partnership.

Finding and showcasing early talent

To support early talent, MGIC makes an intentional effort to create valuable summer internship experiences for college students at our Milwaukee Home Office. Our internship program is aimed at recruiting a wider and more diverse slate of talent and establishing strong connections with universities.

Supporting students' journeys from college into the workforce enables us to establish a talent pipeline for ourselves while helping to strengthen the workforce across southeastern Wisconsin.
