While Gen Z may be a small subset of homebuyers today, they represent an opportunity for you to build your future pipeline by educating them and earning their trust.

Although they’re digital natives, Gen Zers surprisingly prefer more personal guidance during the homebuying process, with 72% preferring phone calls to email (60%) and 54% saying personalized communication with an LO is extremely important.1 Having financial options is also a priority, so make sure to guide them on all their options, such as low-down-payment mortgages and down payment assistance programs.
