Tay Toliver is the Director of Community Advancement for Thrive Mortgage, where he has spearheaded initiatives focused on expanding and reinventing the way we talk about and address financial literacy in underserved communities. He has spent more than 20 years in the mortgage industry and has served as a member and officer of NAREB, Austin Black Real Estate Professionals, AREAA, VAREP, NAHREP and more. Tay was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas and graduated from Lubbock Christian University.
