Homebuyer education programs help build better borrowers by preparing them for the homebuying process.
Some loan programs require homebuyer education. If you are a borrower, consult with your lender to make sure you fulfill your homebuyer education requirements with an approved program. Lenders, make sure you understand your investors' homebuyer education requirements.
