Dr. Courtney Johnson Rose, president of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), boasts a rich career trajectory. Initially a project management consultant at Accenture, she later transitioned into real estate, earning her Texas broker license in 2002. Joining GEJ Development, a family-owned firm, Courtney excelled in various roles, eventually becoming CEO in 2019. Under her leadership, GEJ secured contracts with prestigious institutions and entities, showcasing her adeptness in the field.
