Why MI Isn’t Just for First-Time Homebuyers
30 minutes
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) reported that 27% of repeat buyers put down 10% or less when they bought a new home in 2025. And a survey by Clever Millennial tells us more than half of repeat homebuyers plan to put less than 20% down this year.
Join us as we go behind the stats and uncover the advantages repeat buyers see in utilizing MI from MGIC. Understanding the benefits of MI and being able to explain them to your borrowers can help you stand out from your competition and grow your referral network.
In this session, we'll discuss:
- Challenges and concerns facing today's homeowners
- How MGIC MI helps repeat buyers
- Potential borrowers who might be interested in learning about these options
